From the People’s Champion to the people’s choice.
In a profile that came out this week, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson told GQ that it’s a “real possibility” that he’ll run for president in 2020. The Moana star, who has better odds at winning than our current president, even debuted a potential campaign slogan on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: “More poise, less noise.” Who wouldn’t vote for The Rock, who sees it as a “great opportunity to help people,” especially with Tom Hanks as his running mate?
During the season finale of SNL, Johnson announced he’s “in” for running for president. Not only that, but the host picked another member of the Five-Timers’ Club, America’s Dad (sorry, Alec Baldwin), to be his vice president.
